Finally Rebuilding My Website

2021 the year I build my website! I’ve had the same old landing page for years now, I couldn’t even tell you the last time I had a proper website. One of the downsides to being a full-time Web Developer and doing Freelance as well means you don’t get very much free time. Throw in a wife and kids and any spare time you do get quickly disappears. This year I’ve decided to set myself a few personal goals, one of them been to dedicate a few hours week to building my own website. Partly because I’m learning a new coding language and wanted a project to use it on (why I choose to rebuild my website in nuxt.js). But the main reason I wanted to rebuild my website is that I think it’s time I started showcasing some of my work.

The website will be a work I progress, pages and feature will be added over time so make sure you keep coming back to see what fancy stuff I add. Along with building the website I’ve set a goal to write a blog post every two weeks. I’ve never really been a blog person, while I’m great at building websites I won’t lie I’m dreadful at writing. It will be interesting to see how my writing skills come along over the months who knows I might even get good enough to write a blog post a week! I have a long list of topics to write about I’ve just never felt comfortable enough to put something out there for the whole world to judge me on.
